Job Description
1.Maintain daily books of accounts including sales, purchase, payment, receipts, and journal entries.
2.Prepare and process invoices, payments, vouchers, and reconcile bank statements & ledgers.
3.Handle accounts payable, receivable, stock accounting, and costing records.
4.File monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.
5.Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
6.Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
7.Maintain fixed assets register, depreciation schedules, and insurance records.
8.Support budgeting, forecasting, petty cash management, and expense reimbursements.
9.Ensure compliance with statutory laws and internal accounting policies.
